Chicklets & Bananas partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you with the best prices and unique global shopping experience.
This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. 
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way.
For FREE ITEMS
We have a limit of 10 items per order. There have been several people trying to take advantage of these offers, so we had to limit the qty. that can be ordered.  Orders for more than qty. 10+ items will be deleted and the money refunded, subsequently, you will not receive your items. There is a flat fee for shipping on items Free, Just Pay Shipping, this covers shipping and tracking insurance.
How much is shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping – 1 item $4.95; 2 items $9.95; 3+ items $Free;
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
This depends on the product ordered.  Most items will arrive in about 2-4  weeks. If you're still not sure, just contact us.  We're happy to help.

Can I have a tracking number?
Yes, on most items we provide tracking numbers – it will be noted in the description.  Once in a while, if we source product from an artisan in a small village, we will not be able to track the product until it arrives into the country of delivery – the description will clearly note when delivery will take longer - 3-5 weeks.

But we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
We have a large assortment of products, shipped out of many warehouses when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.  If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.

Are the "FREE" items really free?
YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00.

What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.

In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 3-5 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us and we will issue a refund or resend your order. 

Refunds & returns will not be processed after 90 days. We do not refund Free items.
